We all know that ShipStation helps us track orders and shipments and manage this task by manually entering order details which are sometimes crucial for sellers.
We have integrated ShipStation with the BigCommerce Multivendor Marketplace App and offer sellers the option to get all order details in real time on their merchant account and after that they can easily proceed to create order shipments.
To get this feature, the admin needs to add this addon to their marketplace i.e. Multi-Vendor Marketplace ShipStation Integration and after adding this addon sellers get the feature to get real time order details.
The setup flow
Step 1:- To add the Multi-Vendor Marketplace ShipStation IntegrationYou need to click on add-ons, then manage add-ons in your multi-vendor marketplace admin panel and click on get app.
2nd step:- After adding the sub-application i.e. Multi-Vendor Marketplace ShipStation Integrationthe seller will provide the functionality of adding their ShipStation merchant accounts, and to get this functionality, the seller must enter the credentials such as API key and API secret key in their seller dashboard.
Step 3:- The seller should login to their ShipStation merchant account and follow the steps below:-
Click Settings -> Account -> API Settings -> Click Generate API Keys
Step 4:- After entering all ShipStation API credentials in seller accounts, order details for seller product orders will be directly synced to seller’s ShipStation merchant account. Now, sellers will be able to easily create shipments from ShipStation.
