To accelerate its expansion goals in Indonesia, Razer’s fintech subsidiary has purchased E2Pay Global Utama, a digital payment service provider.

The acquisition would help Razer FinTech expand into one of Southeast Asia’s fastest growing digital economies, the company said on Thursday. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. E2Pay provides a variety of payment services, which Razer said would complement cross-border payment services already provided to its own network of 60,000 merchants in the region.

E2Pay provides e-money, remittance services and payment gateway to merchants and financial institutions in Indonesia, supporting e-commerce industries such as online marketplaces, professional services and travel.
